Typically, Russian or Ukrainian is 20—30% longer than English. This causes problems with meeting App Store and Google Play requirements applicable to the number of characters.

Sergei will effectively re-write the description for you to keep the key facts in place and yet meet the target character number. (This is essentially tantamount to copy-writing.)
